HOW DO I WORK OUT MY RING SIZE?
Please pop into a local jewellers and ask them to measure your ring size, using the British alphabetical system, or alternatively use a ring sizer gauge.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR JEWELLERY
Tarnishing: To avoid your silver tarnishing, please avoid contact with water, chemicals, lotions & perfumes.
Cleaning: The best way to keep your jewellery clean is to wear it (due to the natural oils in your skin), or alternatively use a jewellery polishing cloth.
Storage: Store your silver in it’s original box, in a cool, dry space.

CAN YOU TURN MY OWN SEA GLASS INTO A PIECE OF JEWELLERY?
Yes! I love these commissions as they are that extra bit more sentimental. Get in touch to discuss your sea glass and ideas.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE MADE?
Each item will be made to order, to the highest quality. Please be patient and expect a lead time of up to 21 working days. Please get in touch if it is urgent.
NB: Personal commissions will have different lead times, agreed in discussion.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME, ONCE MADE?
1 - 5 working days using the Royal Mail Signed for service.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it for an exchange OR full refund, within 14 days of receipt. Delivery & postage will be covered by you.
